New executive house, Rolleston on Dove, Derbyshire

The client initially had plans to extend the existing property. However
it became apparent that the house would aways be a compromise,
lacking the kerb appeal they desired.

Plans were therefore drawn to demolish the existing dwelling and
replace it with a new executive detached house in the order of
4500 sq ft.
